Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Senior AR Callers with expertise in physician and hospital billing. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills and a proven track record in the voice process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle AR follow-ups with US healthcare insurance companies.
2. Resolve outstanding claims related to physician and hospital billing.
3. Ensure timely and accurate follow-up to minimize accounts receivable days.
4. Identify and resolve claim rejections and denials.
5. Analyze payer trends and share feedback with the team.
6. Meet productivity and quality benchmarks.





Required Skills:

- Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral or US accent.
- Knowledge of US healthcare systems, physician billing, and hospital billing.
- Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with insurance guidelines and denial management.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in AR calling (voice process).
- Graduate in any discipline (Life Sciences preferred).
