Job Title: Senior Account Manager

Location: Samshabad, Telangana

Experience: 8–10 Years

Salary range - Upto 9.5 LPA

Qualifications and Skills:

- CA/ICWA/MBA Finance or relevant qualification.

- Proven experience of 8-10 years in accounting and finance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance.

- Experience in managing imports/exports accounting is preferred.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting and Financial Management:

Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Handle daily financial transactions, manage cash flow, and monitor bank reconciliations.

Budgeting and Cost Control:

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost optimization.

Implement cost control measures and support management in improving financial performance.

Taxation and Compliance:

Manage and ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns.

Maintain compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.





Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits and ensure timely completion.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to improve team efficiency.

Imports and Exports Accounting

Oversee the accounting aspects related to imports and exports, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and accurate documentation.

Handle foreign exchange transactions and manage currency fluctuations.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

Provide financial insights and reports to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and recommending improvements.

Support the CFO in preparing financial statements, presentations, and other reports for stakeholders.

Vendor and Client Relationship Management:

Manage relationships with key clients, vendors, and financial institutions.

Ensure timely payments and maintain healthy working relationships to support smooth operations.
