Role Overview

Primary responsibility is to provide design, consulting and implementation of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE and FTD). This role will require knowledge of Cisco ISE and FTD, advanced routing/switching, wireless, Cisco and third-party security products.

Responsibilities-(ISE)

- Perform ACS to ISE Migration
- Perform ISE upgrades
- Provide Day 2 support to customers
- Consult, assess, design technical requirements.
- Coordinate and deliver proof of concept testing (POC)
- Provide knowledge transfer to the customer
- Perform analysis and troubleshooting of the networking, wireless, and ISE related problems
- Configure, lead the design, configuration and deployment of Cisco ISE, Cisco routers / switches, firewalls, load balancers and other network infrastructure devices.
- Onsite Travel for longer or shorter duration for project support
- Provide regular status reports on tasks accomplished, current issues and progress toward goals
- Perform LAB testing on ISE

Requirements

Essential Skills

- Understanding and working experience on 802.1X, different EAP-methods, PKI, RSASecurID, Microsoft AD, LDAP is a must
- Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) implementation experience required.
- Solid experience on configuring, deploying, installing, and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, Wireless AP’s and Controllers
- Basic knowledge on Cisco SDA (Preferred)

Security consultant (Cisco NGFW -FTD)

- Design and Deployment expertise in Cisco Firepower
- Good understanding on Routing, Switching and Next Generation Firewalls, Cisco Firepower(FTD), Palo alto
- Excellent understanding of ISE, FTD FIREWAL with good troubleshooting skills





Security Consultant are responsible for analyzing client network security architecture to determine the ideal security threat landscape for a propose cisco product. engineers who is working on Cisco Security devices migration, optimization & implementation

Key Skills

- Design and Deployment expertise in Cisco Firepower-FTD
- Valuable knowledge of data center Security architecture
- Good troubleshooting skills on Cisco NGFW-cisco firepower
- Security device migration & implementation experience
- Palo Alto, juniper, checkpoint Firewall & IPS / IDS administration
- Knowledge and hands-on work experience on other Cisco Security products

Job Responsibilities-(FTD)

- Design and Deployment expertise in Cisco Firepower-FTD
- Good knowledge of data center Security architecture
- Day to Day operations and troubleshooting skill on Cisco NGFW
- Security device migration & implementation experience
- Palo Alto, juniper, checkpoint Firewall & IPS / IDS administration

Job Skills

- Knowledge of next generation feature like threat intelligent, threat prevention, content filtering, DLP, User-identification (at least two)
- In-depth knowledge of OSI Layers, Internet Protocol, TCP/IP · Ability to work independently and confidently
- Visio & MS presentation skills (Must)
- Excellent problem solving, analytical & communication Skills · Hands-on experience on Firewall migration projects
- Knowledge and hands-on work experience on other Cisco Security products

Qualification

- Bachelor’s in computer science/IT/Electronics Engineering, M.C.A. or equivalent University degree
- 3 to 6 years’ experience on ISE /FTD ACS or any other NAC solution

Certificate-(Optional)

- CCNA – Security
- CCNA routing /switching
- CCNP / CCIE – Security (added advantage)
- PCNSE, PCNSC (added advantage)
