Role objective

Build pipeline by booking qualified meetings for the Sales Closer.

Responsibilities

- Build targeted lead lists (SMEs, founders, institutions, researchers).

- Outreach via calls/LinkedIn/email/WhatsApp; book meetings and confirm attendance.

- Capture basic requirements to route the lead to correct service line (industry writing, editing, publication support).

- Maintain CRM hygiene: lead source, status, next steps, call notes.

- Basic spreadsheet skills; clean data handling.
