Responsibilities:

- Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Retrospective meetings.
- Communicate with the main stakeholders. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Passionate about Scrum, Kanban, Lean Thinking, Lean Startup, extreme Programming, SECURE, LeSS, etc.
- Arrange daily stand-up meetings, facilitate meetings, schedule meetings, demo, and decision-making processes to ensure quick inspection and proper use of adaptation process.
- Ensuring Scrum is understood, and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
- Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity. Help team to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.
- Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals, and deliverables that support business goals.
- Monitor schedule and cost performance.
- Identify key KPIs.
- Prepare and present reports on the progress and success.
- Help product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
- Coach the team in Agile practices and interactions over processes and tools.
- Ensure the correct use of scrum process, and track and remove impediments.
- Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity and self-organization, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
- Forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source.




- Contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile values and practices within the organization.

Must Have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 4+ years of product or project development experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management, Agile Experience, Planning Experience, Stakeholder Management, Negotiation & Communication Skills and JIRA/Confluence experience.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- In-depth Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e., Scrum, Kanban, etc.), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as of the traditional project management principles and practices.
- Knowledge about techniques including: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
- Needs to be expert in estimation and planning. Knowledge on how to create useful, reliable, and practical plans for software development projects.
- A sense of ownership and pride in self performance and its impact on the company’s success.

- Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc).
- Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques.
- Understanding on the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
- Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Certifications - Certified in ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO).
- Possess conflict resolution, adept at conversing by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect.
- Should be a friendly communicative person, because when team is moving rapid in Agile, communication is the effective force which holds the team together.
