- Be an expert in estimation and planning to ensure the team and stakeholders understand the relative size of work and forecasted release schedules.
- Ensures sprint goals are set and upderstood by the team and appropriate stakeholders.

- Understanding of backlogs, tasks, velocity, load and team metrics.
