Job Summary The expectation is that the individual has hands-on Saviynt development expertise, solution design experience using Saviynt, and recent experience in requirements gathering and validation.
We're seeking a highly skilled Saviynt Developer to join our team! In this role, you'll leverage your deep Saviynt knowledge to provide L3 support, automate processes, and ensure optimal platform functionality. You'll collaborate with internal teams to design solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and contribute to a successful and secure Saviynt environment.
Required Experience To have extensive design and deployment experience in complex environments, including a robust understanding of IAM/IGA concepts.
- Conceptual and logical thinker with deep knowledge of IAM best practices and frameworks.
- Independent starter, engaged leader, versatile consultant who enjoys challenges and can work confidently with minimal supervision.
- Good understanding of development and customer management.
- Ability to handle IT and business stakeholders across multiple teams in a complex program.
- Demonstrated ability to self-direct project outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Ability to build consensus, collaborate, influence, negotiate, and interact with customers and leadership teams.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Partner with client business stakeholders to plan, implement, and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes, systems, and related technologies.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports to management and leadership.
- Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide L3 support for Saviynt, troubleshooting production issues and identifying root causes.
- Design and implement end-to-end application onboarding solutions within Saviynt based on client requirements.
- Manage SOX compliance, auditing, and access review processes.
- Participate in upgrade and release management activities.
- Develop and maintain JML flows to automate tasks and processes within Saviynt.
- Integrate applications with Saviynt using various connectors.
- Configure workflows in ARS and leverage Saviynt analytics tools.
- Manage Saviynt configurations, including:
- Rules Technical User updates
- UI Global Configurations
- Backend configurations
- GSP files
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Saviynt development.
- In-depth understanding of Saviynt product functionality, including:
- Provisioning
- Access Certification
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- Analytics
- RBAC
- Workflow
- Email Notifications
- Experience designing and implementing JML flows for Saviynt automation.
- Experience integrating applications with Saviynt using various connectors.
- Solid understanding of ARS workflows and Saviynt analytics tools.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex Saviynt issues and identify root causes.
- Experience managing SOX compliance, auditing, and access review processes.
- Experience managing:
- Rules Technical Users
- UI Global Configurations
- Backend Configurations
- GSP files
- Experience using Java and MySQL queries to interact with Saviynt data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
