Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP WM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have deep functional knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management (WM) processes, integration with MM, SD, and PP modules, and experience in full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead or support end-to-end implementation of SAP WM in S/4HANA environments.

- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, analyze business processes, and design scalable WM solutions.

- Configure and customize SAP WM to meet client-specific warehouse and logistics requirements.

- Integrate WM with MM, SD, PP, and QM modules for seamless operations.

- Design and execute testing scenarios (Unit, Integration, UAT) and support data migration activities.

- Provide post go-live support, resolve production issues, and optimize WM operations.

- Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

- Collaborate with technical teams, key users, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Conduct end-user training and create user manuals and process documentation.





- Stay current with current SAP S/4HANA WM/EWM functionalities and recommend improvements.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP WM implementation and support.

- 2+ full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations (greenfield or brownfield).

- Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes, storage unit management, putaway, picking, transfer orders, and physical inventory.

- Experience integrating WM with Material Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Production Planning (PP).

- Good knowledge of RF transactions, handling units, batch management, and inventory management.

- Exposure to EWM concepts or migration from WM to EWM is a plus.

- Proficiency in writing functional specifications and working with ABAP teams.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

- SAP WM certification or S/4HANA certification preferred.

Education:

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- SAP Certification (preferred).

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Fiori apps for WM/EWM.

- Knowledge of transportation management (TM) integration.

- Exposure to automated warehouse systems or barcode/RFID integrations.

- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
