SAP SuccessFactors LMS Data Migration Technical Consultant

Role Overview

As a SAP SuccessFactors LMS Data Migration Technical Consultant, you will oversee the complete migration process of learning and HR data from SAP SuccessFactors LMS to third-party LMS platforms.

Your responsibilities will include planning, mapping, extracting, transforming, validating, and loading data, while ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and smooth integration with other LMS system. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, HR, and technical teams to deliver tailored extraction and transformation solutions for SAP SF LMS data as required by external LMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Migration &

- Technical Implementation

- Design and implement robust data migration strategies for extracting, migrating, and archiving SAP SuccessFactors LMS data to third-party LMS platforms or archival solutions.

- Conduct data mapping, transformation, cleansing, and validation using appropriate tools and techniques, including developing queries and scripts to extract data from databases, as well as leveraging standard or custom reports.

- Oversee the end-to-end Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) process to ensure seamless data migration.

- Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies and migration-related issues.

- Collaborate with technical teams to develop custom connectors, reports, middleware workflows, and API-based integrations.

Testing, Training &

- Support

- Execute comprehensive testing activities, including unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for data migration and system integrations.

- Create user-friendly documentation and training materials, and lead workshops for super-users to ensure effective system adoption and knowledge transfer.

Stakeholder Engagement &

- Project Management





- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand learning processes and translate them into technical specifications and system configurations.

- Oversee project timelines and deliverables, coordinating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of migration processes, configurations, and best practices to support ongoing operations and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills &

Qualifications

- Essential: SAP SuccessFactors LMS certification or significant hands-on experience with LMS in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences sectors.

- Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors LMS: Solid technical, functional, and product implementation support background.

- LMS Data Management: Skilled in transforming, migrating, and archiving data from SAP SF LMS to other LMS platforms or archival solutions.

- Integration Experience: Proficient with API-based integrations, middleware, and third-party content integration.

- Reporting &

- Database Skills: Capable of developing custom reports and experienced in working with SQL databases.

- Process Knowledge: Thorough understanding of SAP SF LMS processes and industry best practices.

- Analytical &
