Required Skills:We are seeking a Senior SAP Project System (PS) Consultant with over 10 years of experience to manage, design, and implement SAP PS solutions for our enterprise clients. This role requires a robust background in SAP Project System configuration, integration with other SAP modules, and project management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling complex project scenarios, leading teams, and driving system improvements in SAP PS across multiple projects.Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management: Lead SAP PS project implementation and support across all phases (Blueprinting, Configuration, Testing, Go-Live, and Support).
- Solution Design &
- Implementation

: Provide SAP PS consulting services to define and deliver solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Configuration: Configure SAP PS module including WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), Network Management, Activity Management, and Project Structuring. Handle integration with modules like SAP MM, SD, CO, and FI.
- Project Management Support: Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate project tracking, monitoring, and reporting of project costs, schedules, and resources.
- Customization: Customize SAP PS module as per client requirements, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior consultants and team members. Manage stakeholders and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Training &
- Knowledge Sharing: Provide training to end-users and other SAP consultants as needed. Develop and maintain documentation for training, support, and troubleshooting.
- Integration &
- Testing:



Oversee system integration and testing efforts to ensure that SAP PS works seamlessly with other SAP and third-party applications.
- Support &
- Maintenance: Offer post-implementation support and perform continuous system optimization and upgrades. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PS.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations, tools, and best practices. Propose process improvements based on industry trends and system enhancements.

Required Skills &
- Experience:

- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP PS consulting, including hands-on implementation, configuration, and support in SAP PS projects.
- SAP Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP PS modules (WBS, Networks, Projects, Budgeting, and Project Costing).
- Cross-Module Expertise: In-depth understanding of integration with other SAP modules like FI, CO, MM, SD, and PP.
- Project Management: Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and experience working in a project management role within an SAP environment.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and mentoring teams, managing client relationships, and driving complex projects.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues in SAP PS systems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: SAP PS certification preferred.

Educational Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or equivalent is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and related technologies.
- Understanding of integration with other enterprise applications like CRM, SCM, and third-party tools.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology for implementation and project management.
