SAP Integration PIPO Specialist

Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP PI-PO Specialist to join our team for offshore support. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PI-PO implementation and possess strong client-facing skills. As an SAP PI Application Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting detailed workshops, creating project plans, coordinating with client IT teams, and providing technical expertise to ensure successful SAP PI-PO implementations.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct detailed workshops with identified SPOCs (Single Point of Contacts) to gather project requirements.

2. Develop a comprehensive plan for the next phases, including Design, Proof of Concept (POC), and Execution/Integration/Implementation.

3. Create a detailed project plan, including resource requirements, issues & risk register, and dependencies for the Implementation phase.

4. Work with Knauf Program Management Office (PMO) and present the detailed Assessment Report, Gap Analysis Report, and Near to detailed Project Plan/Integration/consolidation plan to Knauf SPOCs and stakeholders.

5. Coordinate with client IT teams and facilitate effective communication throughout the project.

6. Conduct weekly project meetings and provide regular project reporting to stakeholders.

7. Offer best practice advice to customers and team members to ensure optimized SAP PI-PO solutions.

8. Collaborate with end-users, gather requirements, and convert them into detailed technical documentation.

Perform Gap Analysis on the existing environment and propose effective solutions for complex requirements.

10. Work effectively as part of a team and provide mentorship to other team members as needed.

11. Demonstrate the ability to deliver high-quality work products under pressure and within tight deadlines.

12. Coordinate with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP PI-PO solutions.

13. Knowledge of MFG (Manufacturing) will be highly appreciated.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP PI-PO implementation.

3. Proven track record in at least one full SAP PI-PO implementation project.

4. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to effectively communicate and understand project requirements.

5. Experience in conducting detailed workshops and gathering project requirements from stakeholders.

6. Proficiency in creating comprehensive project plans and managing project resources effectively.

7. Excellent coordination and collaboration skills to work with client IT teams and other stakeholders.

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to perform Gap Analysis and propose suitable solutions.

9. Ability to work as a team player and provide mentorship to junior team members.

10. Detail-oriented with the ability to produce high-quality work products within deadlines.

11. Knowledge of SAP ABAP will be an advantage.

12. Prior experience in a 24x7 support model will be beneficial.

13. Fluent in English with valuable written and verbal communication skills.
