Overview

The role of an SAP EWM - Implementations is crucial for the successful implementation and integration of SAP EWM in the organization's logistics and supply chain management. As a key member of the implementation team, the SAP EWM - Implementations qualified will play a pivotal role in designing, configuring, and deploying SAP EWM solutions to streamline and optimize warehouse management processes. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of SAP EWM with the existing systems, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for warehouse management
- Customize and optimize SAP EWM functionalities to align with the organization's specific needs
- Manage and execute end-to-end project implementations, including system testing and user training
- Provide expertise in system integration and data migration for SAP EWM implementations
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP EWM configurations and processes




- Offer post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP EWM-related issues
- Stay updated with the latest SAP EWM capabilities and recommend continuous improvements
- Participate in cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Required qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in implementing SAP EWM solutions in complex logistics environments
- Expertise in SAP EWM functionalities, including yard management, labor management, and slotting optimization
- Familiarity with integration of SAP EWM with other SAP modules such as SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA
- Demonstrated understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices
- Proficiency in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions within SAP EWM
- Strong knowledge of data migration, system testing, and end-user training for SAP EWM implementations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot SAP EWM-related issues
- Certification in SAP EWM or other relevant SAP modules is a plus
- Effective communication, teamwork, and project management skills
