Project Details/JD
- Should have at least 7+ experience in SF domain lead solution design and architecture
- Ability to navigate and negotiate through complex & difficult to deal with requirements and manage scope
- Expert at advising and Implementing performance and security guidelines / improvements
- Influence technology and design decisions at org level and with customers.
- Architect Solution performance that satisfies and plan for scale,
security, high availability and flexibility.
- Understand complete business of the customer and ensure great customer experience.
- Be proactive in highlighting risks and escalation management.
- Manage / Mentor people to ensure successful delivery and growth opportunities.
- Co-ordinate with other project streams and peers like Test Leads, DevOps, Tech Specialist and ensure overall success of the project.
- Manage expectations from client as well as team members
