Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate products (bed linen, bath linen, curtains, etc.)

- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Support billing and checkout activities




- Ensure proper product display and store appearance
- Stay updated with product knowledge and new collections
- Handle customer queries politely and effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store
- Support the team in achieving sales targets

Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma in any field (Hospitality or Retail preferred)

Experience:

1–5 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service

Experience in furnishing or lifestyle products will be an added advantage
