Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with insurers, brokers, and corporate clients.

- Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in the reinsurance segment.

- Structure and place reinsurance programs (treaty and facultative).

- Coordinate with underwriting, actuarial, and claims teams for seamless execution.

- Negotiate terms, pricing, and coverage with reinsurers.





- Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic insights to clients.

- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory developments, and competitor activity.

Qualification and Experience
- 5–15 years of experience in reinsurance sales, placement, or business development.

- Robust understanding of treaty and facultative reinsurance structures.

- Established network within insurance/reinsurance markets.

- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
