Rockit is seeking a motivated Sales Officer to drive sales and market growth for our beverage products within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 1 year of experience in the beverage sector with a proven record of consistently achieving sales targets and nurturing strong customer relationships.​

1. Execute day-to-day sales operations ensuring comprehensive market coverage in assigned regions.

2. Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.

3. Identify recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.

4. Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with company goals.

5. Implement promotional campaigns and schemes effectively to boost sales.

6. Generate accurate and timely sales reports to support decision-making.

7. Handle customer queries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business,



Marketing, or related field.

2. Experience in FMCG or beverage sales, preferably with field sales exposure.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently with a team-oriented mindset.

5. Good knowledge of local markets in and around Indore.

6. Strong problem-solving skills and goal-oriented approach.

7. Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting tools.

8. Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within assigned territories.
