The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing Mortgage business through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) network, ensuring consistent lead generation, partner management, and high-quality portfolio onboarding across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Source Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP business through existing and new DSAs.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with DSAs and connectors.
- Handle file sourcing, documentation, login, and coordination with credit teams.
- Track daily sourcing and ensure achievement of monthly business targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to expand sourcing channels.
- Ensure policy adherence and maintain quality sourcing.
- Provide customer support from login to disbursement.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP (DSA sourcing preferred).
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics and DSA channel functioning.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to meet monthly targets with consistent sourcing.
