Key Responsibilities:

✔ Drive sales growth and achieve business targets across assigned territories ✔ Appoint, manage, and develop distributors, dealers, and channel partners ✔ Expand market presence in General Trade, Modern Trade, and Retail channels ✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors ✔ Identify new business opportunities and execute market expansion strategies ✔ Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities ✔ Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives ✔ Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business reviews
