The Sales

Lead will oversee all exhibition-related operations, ensuring smooth sales transactions, managing stock, and capturing valuable market insights.

Requirements

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of 4, setting sales targets and ensuring they are met.

- Exhibitions & Events: Travel to exhibitions as per the calendar, set up displays, and manage all on-site operations.
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Engage customers, showcase products, understand their needs, and close sales.

Market Insight: Analyze and understand regional preferences to tailor product selection to market tastes.

- *Inventory & Stock Management: *Ensure the right products are available for each market; handle stock responsibly.

Cash Handling:



Manage cash flow during exhibitions, ensuring accuracy in sales reports and handling.

- Operations & Reporting: Provide daily sales and stock reports, maintain organized records, and address any operational issues that arise during exhibitions.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales, field sales, or a similar role in retail or exhibitions.
- Solid leadership skills, with experience managing a team.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country for exhibitions and events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for customer engagement.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate cash handling and stock management.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize sales.
