We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities.
Sales
Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone,
we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
- Responsibilities-
1- Making cold calls to the generated leads. (data will be provided)
2- Explain to them the itinerary.
3- Understand the customer’s needs.
4- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
5- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
6- Making sure the deal is closed through timely follow ups.
7- Documenting the entire process.
- Skills and requirements-
1- Time management- You must be able to timely complete the task and exhibit punctuality.
2- Communication skills- You must be proficient in Spoken English and comfortable with interacting with people.
3- Persuasion skills- You must be able to understand the customer’s needs and at the same time persuade them that we are offering the best deal. (come to middle grounds where the customer is also happy)
4- Negotiation skills- You must be able to negotiate effectively.
5- MS Office- You must know MS office in order to maintain data.
