- Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, networking, and social media.

- Present, promote, and sell our courses, workshops, and technical programs to schools, students, and institutions.

- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

- Handle objections professionally and follow up to close sales.

- Maintain and update the CRM with customer interactions and sales progress.

- Participate in marketing campaigns, outreach activities, and lead generation events.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth execution of services sold.

- Provide feedback on customer trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing, Business, or Science preferred).





- 1–3 years of proven experience in telesales, field sales, or B2B/B2C sales.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & regional language).

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot).

- Strong time management, self-motivation, and organizational skills.

- Willingness to travel for meetings or events (if required).
