Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling residential properties such as row houses and flats, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients
- Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: BA / B.Com / MBA
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales (preferably real estate)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Working Hours

- 8 Hours per day
