Key Responsibilities
- To build business by identifying the prospects
- Negotiate and close the deal by excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
- Building a strong relationship with clients
- Travelling & meeting clients
- Overall sales activities of Diamond Jewellery and coordination
- Accountable for achieving the targets
- Identify and solve the client issues strategically
- Identify product improvements or current products by remaining updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and products
Requirements
- Any Graduation
- 1+ Year of Sales (B2B) experience (Jewellery Industry)
- Excellent Communication Skills (English & Hindi) (Knowledge of Malyalam language is a plus)
- Good understanding of Diamond/Gold Jewellery products
