Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Sales Executive to join our on‑site Sales & Client Relations team at the AIWO Wellness Center. This role involves interacting directly with walk‑in clients, explaining our wellness programs, diagnostic tests, and supplement plans, and guiding them through a seamless health journey—from inquiry to post‑consultation engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk‑in clients, understand their wellness needs, and recommend suitable AIWO programs and tests.

- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings for diagnostic tests, wellness programs, or supplement packages.





- Maintain strong communication and follow‑up through WhatsApp, calls, or email to ensure client satisfaction.

- Update client records, lead notes, and follow‑up activities accurately in Zoho CRM.

- Coordinate with doctors, dieticians, service, and marketing teams for smooth customer experiences.

- Share reports, offers, and festive campaign details to promote upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.

- Collect client feedback and ensure their post‑service experience meets AIWO standards.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Preferred: Business, Life Sciences, or Communication).

- 2–3 years of experience in in‑person or front‑desk sales (Healthcare, Wellness, or Hospitality preferred).

- Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi (spoken and written).

- Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasion abilities.

- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred) and digital communication platforms.

- Professional appearance, positive attitude, and genuine passion for health and wellness.
