Job Summary: As a Pharmacy Store Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales in a pharmacy store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the products they need and providing expert advice on medications and healthcare products. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, stocking shelves, and keeping the store clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting customers as they enter the store and offering assistance in finding products Providing expert advice on medications, healthcare products, and other related items Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
Operating the cash register and handling financial transactions with customers Managing inventory and ensuring that products are stocked and organized Collaborating with the pharmacist to ensure that all prescriptions are filled accurately and on time
Cleaning and organizing the store, including restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and safe environment Maintaining knowledge of new products and trends in the healthcare industry Performing other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a retail environment Knowledge of medications and healthcare products is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting Basic computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems
