Job Summary: We are seeking an aggressive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
Sales Execution:
- Prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell/cross-sell and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct needs assessments, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase company offerings.
- Negotiate and close deals,
ensuring profitable and sustainable sales growth.
Relationship Building:
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customer needs, challenges, and goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
- Manage sales pipeline and track sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Customer Support) to ensure alignment.
