Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern – HR Solutions

? Duration: 3 Months Internship

nHRMS is looking for energetic and communication-driven individuals to join our Growth Team as SDR Interns. This role offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, lead generation, client conversations, and HRTech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute outbound campaigns through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn

- Engage with HR Heads, Founders, and Business Owners
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline
- Conduct introductory discussions and identify client needs
- Maintain CRM records and sales activities
- Research target companies and identify business opportunities
- Support client engagement and relationship-building initiatives

Eligibility

• Graduates from 2024, 2025, or 2026 batches

- B.Com preferred
- BBA, BA, BBM, HR, Psychology, or related disciplines are welcome to apply
- Prior internship or experience in Sales,



Business Development, Lead Generation, Client Servicing, or Customer-Facing roles is an advantage

Skills Required

✔ Excellent communication skills (English + Regional Language)

✔ Confidence in speaking with professionals and business leaders ✔ Robust listening and relationship-building skills ✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn ✔ Basic familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools
