- Answering calls and resolving queries about products or the company.

- Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures and adapting to functional changes.
- Upholding quality service by adhering to organizational guidelines.
- Reaching potential or existing clients to inform them about a product or service using predefined scripts.
- Responding to inquiries regarding products or the company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and closing sales.
- Understanding the details of each offering and staying updated on any changes to these offerings.
- Acquiring and updating individuals' contact details.
- Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of items.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in another customer service role.
- Graduate in any field.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets over the phone.
