Are you passionate about sales, marketing, and building long-term client relationships in the construction equipment industry? We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our growth in the heavy equipment sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, projects, and partnerships in the construction sector.
- Manage and expand relationships with contractors, builders, dealers, and government agencies.
- Lead the marketing campaigns, trade shows,



and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Train, guide, and motivate the sales team for maximum performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 5+ years’ proven experience in sales & marketing (preferably in construction equipment / heavy machinery
- Solid network with construction companies, contractors, and government departments.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel extensively as per business requirements.
