Desired Skills & Experience

- Role requires an Individual Contributor with robust hands-on experience, which is a critical requirement.

- Possess sufficient knowledge and skills to handle issues effectively and challenges within the area of specialization and develop simple application solutions.

- Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts.

- Hands-on development and implementation experience with applications such as Active Directory (AD), Workday, Multiplex, Web Services, and JDBC.

- Hands-on experience in:
- Access Review implementation

- Policy Violation handling

- Writing Custom Rules with familiarity in BeanShell coding

- Experience in development and implementation of Tasks and Events including Joiner, Mover, Leaver, and Reinstate processes.





- Exposure to and knowledge of writing custom workflows to meet specific business requirements.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.

- Experience in designing and working with REST APIs.

- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and experience working with Jira.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Work in shift-based schedules; shift allowances will be provided as applicable.

- Deliver high-quality work with unit testing completed.

- Ensure timely delivery of tasks while meeting all project deadlines.

- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth project execution
