Program Management
â Closely work with the waste-collectors community and scrap shops for their overall social and economic development.
â Work towards effective program delivery management to assist and support day-
to-day community interventions activities w.r.t social and financial inclusion,
health, nutrition and education programs, supplies distribution, stakeholder development and management, networking and follow-up activities.
â Manage and groom a team of project field workers, assigning KPI’s and monitoring them.
â Coordinate with local authorities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure benefits are implemented.
â Support in the preparation of the program logical framework, timeline, M & E framework and budget.
Reporting and Documentation
â Log KPI data into our application to monitor performance.
â Ensuring timely, concise and accurate reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis on prescribed formats and applications.
General Responsibilities
â Ensure professionalism at all times and demonstrate exemplary prioritization of workload skills.
â Ensure that the PFC policies, SOPs and protocols are being adhered to at all levels of the company.
â Ensure strict adherence to data confidentiality and security.
â Willingness to travel frequently across India, sometimes at short notice,
including other places as per need of the project or company.
â Work closely with the PFC team and Partners.

Requirements
â Any graduate with Community development/ social work experience.
â MSW / MA in Development will be preferred.
â 0-2 years experience in program management (community development)in the social service sector.
â Experience working with the informal sector workforce.
â Valuable understanding of social and environmental concepts and methods.
â Experience of being part of any program/project management or field work would be an added advantage.
â Engagement, plastics recycling, and waste management will be helpful.
â Fluency in English, Hindi, Bengali languages.
