Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement for IKW Designs. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, coordinating photo and video content, writing captions, optimizing posts for reach and performance, and monitoring audience interactions. The Social Media Manager will track analytics,



run campaigns and collaborations, and work closely with design, marketing, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. The role also involves staying current with fashion and social media trends and suggesting creative ideas to grow the online community.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
Candidates should possess robust Communication and Writing skills to create engaging captions, respond to followers, and collaborate with internal teams.
Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan calendars, align campaigns with brand goals, and tailor content to target audiences.
Knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.) and basic analytics tools is beneficial.
