Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.





Conduct site visits and meetings across Bangalore.

Coordinate with builders and developers.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain a strong pipeline and follow-up system.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in Real Estate / Sales / Business Development.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong closing ability with a target-driven mindset.

Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is an advantage.

Leadership qualities and team-handling potential.
