About the Role
The CFO Office at Tata Advanced Systems Limited is looking for a FP&A; Analyst to strengthen its central planning and reporting team.
The role will support enterprise-wide financial planning,



management reporting and analysis across TASL’s business units. The incumbent will work closely with unit-level finance teams and the central FP&A; function to consolidate financials, track performance against plan, and prepare analysis and presentations that support leadership and board-level decision-making.
This is a high-visibility role suited to someone who enjoys turning numbers into insights and wants exposure to the full breadth of a large, multi-business aerospace and defence organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), budgeting and forecasting cycles, including data collation, template management and consolidation across business units.
• Consolidate financials from multiple units and locations into a single enterprise view, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to reporting timelines.
• Prepare monthly MIS packs and variance analysis (actuals vs. plan/forecast/prior period), with
