Role Description This full-time, in office Occupational Therapist role is based at Tiny Triumph Child Development Centre in Baleshwar. The Occupational Therapist will assess children’s developmental, sensory, motor, and functional abilities, and design individualized treatment plans to support participation in daily activities at home, school, and in the community. Responsibilities include delivering therapy sessions, documenting progress, collaborating with speech therapists, physiotherapists, special educators,



and orthotics professionals, and providing guidance and education to families and caregivers. The role also involves creating engaging therapeutic activities, monitoring outcomes, and contributing to a supportive, child-focused environment within the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation, with experience in pediatric settings.
Knowledge of Pediatrics and child development, including sensory integration and motor skills intervention.
Understanding of Medicine relevant to pediatric rehabilitation, including basic neurodevelopmental and musculoskeletal concepts.
Effective Communication skills for working with children, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members.
Recognized degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy and appropriate professional registration or licensure, as required.
