Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based at the BlueStone store in Jhansi. The Sales Executive will engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide guidance on product selection across jewellery collections.



Responsibilities include explaining product features and advantages, demonstrating designs, handling queries, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the buying journey. The role includes managing sales transactions, maintaining store displays, tracking inventory at the counter level, and supporting promotional activities and campaigns. The Sales Executive will work closely with the store team to meet sales targets, adhere to company policies, and uphold BlueStone’s brand standards.
Qualifications
Customer service and interpersonal skills to build rapport, understand needs, and provide attentive in-store support.
Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to recommend products, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
