Technical Skills The RLS Analyst will be responsible for producing insightful reports for the CIOs and other senior stakeholders about GTRS Suppliers. The role will own the end-to-end process from collecting data from suppliers and other internal systems and stakeholders, to produce high quality reports that are insightful, accurate and timely.

Shift: 11 AM till 8 PM Job Background/context:

The Resource and Location Strategy organization, looks after Citi’s Technology Resource Strategy and is responsible for ensuring Citi gets the best value from its technology third party spend.

Key Responsibilities

- Build insightful analytics over supplier data
- Develop insightful reports and solutions
- Designing and refining the process for collection of data
- Putting in place measures and processes to improve data quality
- Validate the quality of output produced
- Distribute them in a timely manner
- Create ad hoc reports based on the requirements provided by stake holders




- Expanding coverage and increasing the relevance of the collected data and seek out recent data sources to enrich the analysis
- Create reusable tools to improve productivity
- Interacting with suppliers for data

Person Specification

Knowledge/Experience

Essential

2-4 years’ experience in a Reporting & Analytics function. Logical thinking, high-level analytical and presentation skills required

Desirable

Banking and Vendor data management experience preferred, but not mandatory.
