About the Role

As a Retention Marketing Intern at IIDE’s Lower Parel campus, you will assist in executing and optimizing retention campaigns across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp channels. You will work closely with the retention marketing team to coordinate campaign execution, manage audience lists, track campaign performance, and support customer engagement initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, eager to learn marketing automation tools, and interested in data-driven marketing and customer retention strategies.

What You'll Do

Campaign Execution & Coordination

- Support the execution of marketing campaigns through Email, SMS, and WhatsApp platforms.

- Assist in scheduling and monitoring campaigns using tools like MoEngage, Leadsquared, Chat360, and Make.

- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign requirements and approvals.





- Help draft clear and engaging campaign copy along with the content team.

Data Segmentation & Reporting

- Assist in organizing and segmenting customer data from CRM systems.

- Maintain campaign reports and trackers using Google Sheets.

- Monitor daily campaign performance metrics and share observations with the team.

- Help identify trends and opportunities to improve engagement rates.

Automation & CRM Support

- Support the setup and maintenance of customer journey automation flows.

- Ensure campaign data accuracy and maintain proper data hygiene.

- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.

- 0–6 months of internship or project experience in digital marketing, CRM, or campaign management.

- Basic understanding of Email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing.

- Familiarity with Google Sheets and basic formulas.

- Strong written communication skills.

- Willingness to learn marketing automation tools and workflows.

- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and customer engagement.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to tools like MoEngage, Leadsquared, Chat360, Make, or similar CRM platforms.

- Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance tracking.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative workplace.
