Job Responsibilities

- Sales:
- Ensure 100% sales process implementation and compliance
- Meet daily sales and conversion targets and improve performance on all KPIs (including OL, Edge Profit Pool and Accessory Sales)

Customer Service

- Ensure all customers are attended to appropriately and timely resolution of customer escalations
- Daily follow up on complaints with the concerned stakeholders to ensure timely resolution as per predefined SLA & TAT
- Improve overall customer experience (VOC, Customer NPS, Mystery Audit Score) and take corrective actions based on customer feedback

Continuous Learning

- Keeping updated on product knowledge, promotions and processes
- Attending trainings

Process: Ensure compliance of all SOPs relating to Sales and Service within the category

Requirements

Educational Qualification : Any graduate

Communication Skills : Excellent communication in English & Hindi

Experience : 0-2 years
