Job Description
We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Mysuru, India. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for our guests. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you'll take pride in maintaining exceptional cleanliness standards while delivering personalized service that exceeds guest expectations. Clean and prepare all assigned guest rooms to established standards, ensuring meticulous attention to detail
Anticipate guest needs and take initiative to provide personalized touches that enhance their experience
Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces throughout your shift
Restock guest room amenities, linens, and supplies promptly and efficiently
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage to the appropriate department immediately
Adhere strictly to all safety, sanitation, and health protocols while performing your duties
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and special requirements
Assist with laundry
