Role Description

The Head of Influencer Marketing will lead Biggbell’s influencer strategy, partnerships, and campaign execution across multiple creator categories. This full-time,



in office role based in Noida involves designing end-to-end influencer marketing programs, identifying and onboarding creators, and overseeing campaign planning, negotiation, and performance. The role includes managing a team, collaborating closely with brand, sales, product, and community teams, and ensuring campaigns align with business objectives and platform vision. The Head of Influencer Marketing will analyze campaign data, optimize performance, and develop playbooks and best practices for scalable, relationship-driven influencer initiatives. This person will also represent Biggbell in creator and marketer communities, events, and industry forums to strengthen the company’s ecosystem and brand presence.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in influencer marketing strategy, campaign planning, and creator ecosystem management, with experience leading large-scale, multi-category programs.
