Job Title: Business Head – Global Access Programs

Position Overview
The Business Head – Global Access Programs is responsible for defining, directing, and executing the enterprise strategy to expand affordable, timely medicine access across underserved and Low- and Middle-Income Country (LMIC) markets. This executive leadership role bridges commercial strategy, health economics, and global public health policy to build financially sustainable, scalable patient access models worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Architect and execute multi-year global access strategies aligned with corporate revenue targets, patient-reach metrics, and ESG/social impact commitments.
Access Program Design: Develop and operationalize scalable access models, including Patient Assistance Programs (PAPs), Early Access/Compassionate Use programs, tiered pricing structures, and Named Patient Programs (NPPs).
Strategic Partnerships & BD: Secure and manage high-impact alliances with global health institutions (WHO,



Gavi, Global Fund), multilateral NGOs, ministries of health, and regional distributors.
Commercial & Financial Sustainability: Oversee program P&L;, creative affordability mechanisms, risk-sharing agreements, and sustainable pricing frameworks tailored to emerging market payer ecosystems.
Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Global Supply Chain, Quality, Legal, and Regional Commercial teams to navigate import/export barriers, cold-chain logistics, and local registration pathways.
Governance & Compliance: Guarantee strict adherence to international trade regulations, FCPA/anti-bribery statutes, local healthcare compliance, and pharmacovigilance standards.
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a globally distributed team of access, market development, and program execution professionals.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Education: Master’s degree in Business Administ
