Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and closing deals with brands seeking 360° marketing solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and outreach, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.



The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, collaborating with internal marketing and creative teams to shape solutions, and monitoring market trends to inform sales strategy. The Business Development Manager is expected to meet revenue targets, maintain an organized sales pipeline, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong business development, sales, and account management skills, with experience in agency or marketing services preferred.
Solid understanding of marketing concepts, including branding, digital marketing, and integrated campaign solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
