Role Description The Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing initiatives to promote AITF’s certification and assessment services. This full time, on-site role based in Pimpri Chinchwad includes developing marketing strategies and campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing channels, and overseeing brand positioning and communication.



The Marketing Manager will create marketing content, coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings, and support lead generation through targeted outreach and events. Daily tasks include monitoring marketing performance metrics, managing budgets, analyzing market trends, and recommending improvements to enhance visibility and customer engagement. The role also involves collaborating with sales and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and to support client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

Strong skills in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand management.
