About The Hustler Brands
We help college students become job-ready through project-based career workshops — Data Analytics & AI, career training, BBA/MBA readiness, and more. As an intern here, you don't just support the mission — you live it: this role is structured so you complete our own Data Analytics & AI Workshop as part of your internship, using your own real work as the project.
What This Internship Actually Is
This is a genuine Data Analytics internship, not a telecalling or sales role. It runs as one pipeline across two phases:
Phase 1 — Data Collection
Promote our workshops to students via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and campus outreach
Every interaction you log — who you approached, which channel, what happened — becomes a structured dataset you'll use in Phase 2
Target: 7–10 confirmed referral bookings per month
You maintain a clean master tracker from Day 1 (no messy data later)
Phase 2 — Data Analysis (unlocks once you cross 7 referrals/month)




Using the dataset you generated in Phase 1, you'll complete four real analyst deliverables:
Week 1: Clean and structure your dataset
Week 2: Build a referral funnel + live Power BI dashboard
Week 3: Train a predictive model (conversion likelihood / dropout risk)
Week 4: Publish a capstone project on GitHub and LinkedIn

You'll learn every tool live through our own Data Analytics & AI Workshop — applying each recent skill directly to the dataset you're building that same week. You're not learning in a vacuum; you're learning on your own real project.
What You'll Walk Away With

Real outreach and stakeholder-communication experience
A portfolio piece you can actually defend in an interview — "I collected the data myself, then analyzed it end to end"
