Role Description This is a full time, on-site Hiring role based in Mumbai. The Hiring professional will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including role scoping, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer management across various business functions.



The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and ensure a smooth and inclusive recruitment experience for all candidates. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate recruitment data, engaging with external partners or job portals, supporting employer branding initiatives, and aligning hiring practices with company policies and values. The Hiring team member will also contribute to process improvements, compliance with labor regulations, and building a strong talent pipeline to support Siddha Group’s growth.
Qualifications
Strong skills in talent acquisition and recruitment operations, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and candidate relationship management.
Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and leadership, with solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
