We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer based in India who wants to grow, take ownership, and work on real production projects as part of a professional remote team.
Compensation
$300–$500 USD/month based on skills, experience, reliability, and consistency.
Who we’re looking for
1.5 - 4 years of real professional experience in a company or long-term client environment
Hands-on experience with both frontend and backend development
Strong motivation to learn, improve, and grow with the company
Comfortable using modern AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or similar tools to improve productivity while maintaining code quality
Reliable, responsible, and able to communicate clearly
Interested in a stable,
long-term opportunity
What you’ll work on
Build and improve production features across frontend and backend
Develop interfaces using React / Next.js
Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js
Work with databases and existing production systems
Fix bugs, investigate issues, and improve existing code
Work with Git, pull requests, and code reviews
Collaborate with developers, QA, and project teams
Provide short daily progress updates and log working time in Clockify
Must-have
1.5 - 4 years of qualified software development experience
Qualified experience with React.js and Node.js
Experience with REST APIs
Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
Git and basic pull request workflow
Good written and spoken English
Ability to work independently, follow specifications, and ask questions when requirements are unclear
Available for full-time remote work
