Role Description The Meta Ads Expert role is a full time, remote position responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns. This role involves researching audiences, setting up campaigns, configuring targeting and bidding strategies, and managing budgets to achieve performance goals such as ROAS, CPL, and conversions.



The Meta Ads Expert will monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance data, create reports, and make data-driven optimizations to improve results. Day-to-day responsibilities include ad copywriting, creative collaboration with design teams, A/B testing of ad variations, implementing retargeting strategies, and aligning campaigns with broader digital marketing and growth objectives. The role also includes staying current with Meta Ads policies, platform updates, and best practices to ensure compliant and effective campaigns.
Qualifications

Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, and optimization for performance goals.
Strong analytical skills with experience using tracking tools, pixels, conversion events, and analytics platforms to interpret data and drive decisions.
