Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Lead, Business Development who can drive revenue growth while building and managing a high-performing sales team. This role combines individual contribution with leadership responsibilities, including lead generation, client acquisition, team recruitment, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Generation
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels
● Pitch products/services to potential clients and close deals
● Achieve individual and team revenue targets
● Build and maintain robust client relationships
2. Lead Generation & Strategy
● Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies
● Work closely with marketing teams on campaigns and conversions
● Track and optimize lead funnel performance
3. Team Recruitment & Training
● Hire and onboard Business Development Executives/Associates
● Train new team members on sales processes and product knowledge
● Continuously upskill the team to improve performance

Team Handling & Performance Management
● Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
● Set targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback
● Conduct daily/weekly reviews and drive accountability
5. Process & Reporting
● Maintain CRM and track sales metrics
● Prepare reports on team performance, revenue, and pipeline
● Ensure smooth coordination between teams

Required Skills & Qualifications
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Proven experience in sales and closing deals
● Prior experience in team handling or leadership roles
● Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team
● Target-oriented and self-driven mindset
● Good understanding of sales funnels and lead management
