Company Description nadiv. is an early-stage EdTech startup building a mobile app that helps non-native English speakers improve their pronunciation and sound more like native speakers. Our main focus is on IELTS candidates and other English learners who need to speak clearly and confidently. We are a small founding team currently building our first product and preparing to raise funding.
Role Description We're looking for someone to build partnerships between nadiv. and organizations that work with English learners — English coaching academies, IELTS prep centers, and language institutes. Your job is to get these organizations and individuals interested in using or recommending nadiv. to their students, and to set up partnerships that help us grow our user base.
This is a flexible, full-time role, ideal for someone who wants real ownership over a growth function at an early-stage startup.
What you'll do
Conduct live product demos with educators, school heads, and institutional decision-makers.
Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract closing.
Think on your feet during prospect calls, adapting pitches live to match institutional needs.
Build outreach playbooks, follow-up cadences, and closing strategies.
What we're looking for
Charismatic, outgoing personality with sharp wit and quick problem-solving skills.
Proven ability or natural talent for B2B selling and closing deals.
Strong objection-handling capabilities and resilience under pressure.
Transparent, persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
Bonus points
Experience selling software to K-12 schools, universities, or coaching centres.
